She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonie Frank Patton and Dona Monk Patton; her husband Otis Leighton Peavy, Sr.; her son-in-law James Aaron Banks, Sr.; and her children, Otis Leighton Jr. (Jan), Dona Evelyn Hopper (Larry) and Donna Sue Banks. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
