She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hardy Smith, Jr. and Willie Maude Ellard Smith; her husband Ewell Rutledge; and her brother James Hardy Smith. She is survived by: her great grandchild Devin Boudria; her sisters, Betty Smith Chandler (Archie) and Cindy Smith Whisonant; and her sister-in-law Sandy Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be sent to the Shriner's Hospital for Children in Shreveport.
