He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wilson Carruth; his children, Robin Carruth of St. Francisville, Deidra Carruth Dukes (Eric Dukes) of Central, LA, Kristen Annette King (Jarmon King) of Baton Rouge and Daniel Massey Carruth (Amber White Carruth) of Wilson; his siblings, Linda Carruth of Wilson and Ancil Carruth Jr. of Wilson; and his grandchildren, William Seth Carruth, Kylee, Kaden Dukes, Alyssa Carruth, Austin Payne, Lila, Aiden Carruth, Claire, Nathan and Adeline King.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to the First Baptist Church of Wilson.
