He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Mayfield Gintz and Jessie Cross Gintz; and his brother C. M. Gintz. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Gintz (Wendy), Glen Gintz and Dwight "Boo" Gintz II (April); his brother Glen "PeeWee" Gintz (Pam); and his sister-in-law Louise Gintz. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
