He is survived by: his wife Judith Daigle Blanchard; his daughters, Lorraine "Lori" (Wayne Raffray), Marie (Timmie Gaudet), Susan (Glen Simoneaux) and Robin (Clifton "Snookie" Collins Jr.); his grandchildren, Adam Raffray (Samatha), Ryan Raffray, Jarid Gaudet, Erica Pennison (Corey), Nicole "Nikki" Landry, Justin Simoneaux (Kara) of Clifton, Collins, III (Kelly), Stephen Collin (Ashley), Reneé Hagadorn (Joshua), Joshua Collins (Jamie) and Rebecca Anderson (Will); his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Cassius Raffray, Carter, Keegan Landry, Emily Pennison, Saylor, Cohen Simoneaux, Austin, Kaydence, Taylor, Holly Collins, Benjamin, Krista, Grayson Hagadorn, Naomi and Elijah Anderson; his cousin Eddie Blanchard; and his daughter Cynthia Blanchard Hawkins.
