He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliffton Cooper and Felma Armand Cooper; and his son Travis John Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Inez Dubroc Cooper; his children, Timothy Cooper of Baker, Andrew Cooper of Baton Rouge and Tonia Cooper of Brusly; and his brothers, Don Cooper and Marshall Cooper. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
