He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Gaudet; his parents, Rene Gaudet and Blanche Bourgeois Gaudet; his brothers, Norman, Earl and Benton Gaudet; his sister-in-law Janice T. Gaudet; and his son-in-law Gabriel Guerrero.

He is survived by: his children, Rickey (Lediana) and Jody (Sherry); his brothers, Nolan and Arthur Gaudet; and his stepchildren, Jan Ingram (Chetti), Anthony Brown, Laurie Vincent (Timmy) and Denise Turberville-Guerrero. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
