He is survived by: his wife Dolores Barrios LeBlanc; his children, Phyllis Theriot (Wayne), Donna LeBlanc, Laurie Blakely (Norman), Jay LeBlanc (Michelle) and Philip LeBlanc, III (Lisa); his grandchildren, Adam, Michael, Matthew Theriot, Joseph LeBlanc, Norman Blakely, III, Lauren Martin, Jason LeBlanc and Joshua Grabert; and his siblings, Murphy, Huey and Eric LeBlanc. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
