He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip C. David and Rita Braud David; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Isabelle Warino David; his children, Donna David Hartman (Kenny), Philip "Roco" David (Michelle), Rachel David Helmer (Michael) and Michael David (Laura); his grandchildren, Brittan (Nathan), Faris (Jessie), Danielle (Michael), Jared, Brandy, Cambri, Ava and Laela; his great grandchildren, Ace, Tyce, Colt, Rose, Maci, Letti and Waylon; and his siblings, Autry (Paulette), Kenneth (Cass), Jimmy (Paulette), Jennifer (Pete) and Robert. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
