She is survived by: her children, Mark A. Simpson (Bernadette), Gay S. Simpson, Estelle D. Simpson, Fujikol N. Simpson, Larry R. Simpson, Jr. and Karen Ann B. Collins; her siblings, Antoinette Anders, Murphy M. Thomas of Slidell, LA and Carol Ann Clark (Ledell) of Marrero, LA; her godchildren, Terrell Ardon Shook, Terrace Johnson and Rickie White; and her cousin Charles E. Fortenberry. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
