He was predeceased by: his mother Rosaura Del Carmen Garcia. He is survived by: his significant other Agustina Garcia; his children, Rosa Garcia (Roberto) and Elvis Garcia (Traci); his grandchildren, Andrew Alberto Garcia, Gabryela Yessenia Pincay and Marissa Madeline Pincay; his siblings, Victor Manuel Garcia, Hector Gustavo Garcia and Gretty Maria Lagos; and his aunt Aurora Davis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Please consider a donation in his honor in lieu of flowers to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
