He is survived by: his parents, Randy Smith and Terry Corkhill; his wife Portia; his daughter Mila; his parents-in-law, Milissa and Phillip Malone; his brother Zachary; his brothers-in-law, Philip, Tristan and Presley; and his stepsisters, Michele Brennan (Chris) and Jennifer Haley (Robbie).
Jonathan Thomas Smith, 31, of Westwego, LA, gave the gift of life to 12 recipients through organ donation on September 19, 2019.
