He was predeceased by: his parents, Katie Dominique, and Walter J. Dominique, Sr.; and his brother Clarence Lewis (Jackie). He is survived by: his children, John E. Lewis Jr. (Karey) of Middleburg, FL, Brandon Kyle Lewis of Richmond, VA and Marissa Lewis Binck (Matt) of Montpelier, VA.; his grandchildren, Cayden, Cullen Lewis, Ava Lewis, Colbie and Riley Binck; and his siblings, Walter Dominique Jr. (Anita), Frances Edler (Eugene), Leonard Dominique (Shani) and Ann Ferg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
