He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Scott Meridy; his children, Gerry Scott, Dwayne Scott, Alvin Scott, Latonya Meridy, Karen and Jean; and his siblings, Idela Smith, Mary of Washington, Karen of Washington, Mavis Lee, Kevin of Washington and Bertina Lewis. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
