He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Peggy Desselle Tortorich; his children, Mark Tortorich (Lisa), Dawn Boniol (Carl) and Jennifer Golsan (Joseph); his grandsons, Preston, Devin, Corey and Cody; his parents, Sardo Tortorich and Irene Rodriguez Tortorich; and his brother Vincent Tortorich, Sr. (Debbie).
