She was predeceased by: her husband Willis Sanchez; her parents, Fernandez Benoit and Albertine Thibodeaux Benoit; her daughter Jane Sanchez; and her sister Pearl Bartolo.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Sanchez, Perry Sanchez, Gary Sanchez (Paula) and Tina Sanchez Melford (late Jeffrey); her grandchildren, David Guidry, Edward "Eddie" Guidry, Bobby Guidry Sr., Malory Sylvester and Perry Sanchez, II; her great grandchildren, Andrea, Donovan, Salem, Angelle and Bobby Jr.; her great great grandchildren, Autumn and Alyzabeth; her siblings, Florence Bourgeois, Mary Valence, Richard Benoit and Roy Benoit; her stepson Robert Orgeron (Wife Linda); her stepgranddaughter Brandi; and also, Gavin and Madison. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
