She is survived by: her husband Anthony Simmons, Sr.; her children, LaShawn Trask, DeVonda Simmons and Anthony Simmons, Jr.; her siblings, Lewis Foster, Sharon Brooks, Belinda Fairley, Wetahanna Trask and Gregory; and her nieces and nephews, Tommy Brooks, Michael, Laquanna and Daneka Hawkins. She is also survived by 1 grandchild and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
