She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bell and Rosa Bell; and her siblings, Lizzie Sherman, Beatrice Wesley, Ida Mae Moses, Jessie Mae Henderson, Equilla Bell, Jenetta Melancon, Carolyn Sam, Louise Naquin, Rose Lee Jupiter, Loretta Sanford, Charles Bell, Jr., David Bell and Roy Bell, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Jupiter, Terry Peabody of Avondale, LA, Louis Jupiter of Lewisville, TX. and Cora Jupiter of New Orleans, LA.; her sisters, Francis McGruder of Avondale, LA., Gloria Mae Bell and Betty Heims of Thibodaux, LA.; her siblings-in-law, Joseph Jupiter Ill, Willie Heims and Joyce Bell; and her friends, Velma Lee, Walter Whittington, Nathan Williams, Lloyd Bell and Stephanie Kennedy. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Little Zion Baptist Church (433 Avondale Garden Rd, Westwego, LA 70094). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery (9 Mile Point Rd, Bridge City, LA 70094).
