It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Skinner (Westwego, Louisiana), born in Monroeville, Alabama, who passed away on March 30, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her child Jerry Pinion; her parents, James K. McMillian and Willie Mae McMillian; and her brother Charles McMillian. She is survived by: her children, Greely Pinion, Jr., Melvin Pinion, Sharon Robinson and David Pinion (Yvette); and her siblings, Jessie McMillian (Alma), Jerry McMillian, Marion McMillian and Lynette McMillian. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
