She is survived by: her children, Wanda Noble Dennis, Carolyn Noble Taylor, Bernard, Charles Noble, Nathaniel and Cheryl Ann Noble; and her siblings, William and Linda of Washington. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
