He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Forstall; and his children, Alvin Forstall, Jr., Blake Forstall, Sr., Chanda Dejani, Tina Brown, James Forstall (Jody), Rina Roddy, Timothy Forstall, Cathy Forstall Orlando and Leslie "Nina" Dugas. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
