He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parsley and Wanda Parsley; his daughter Conni Parsley Bertrand; and his brother Larry Parsley. He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Parsley of East Bradenton, FL and Pam Niswonger of Lake Charles, LA. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and 5 great- grandchildren.
