He is survived by: his wife Rosita Chisholm; his son Richard Chisholm (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Breanna Chisholm, Dawn Martin Chisholm, Alexis Chisholm, Hailey Chisholm, Justin Chisholm and Dillon Houck Chisholm; his great grandchild Adalynn Chisholm; and his siblings, Becky Pendarvis and Keith Chisholm.
