He is survived by: his brothers, Don Parrish (Cathy) of Berthoud, David Parrish (Carla) and Paul Parrish of Lake Charles, Louisiana; and his friend Pam Richardson of Kentucky. He is also survived by 5 nephews, 5 nieces, 6 great nephews, 7 great nieces, and 4 great great nephews.
