She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Geroge "Cotton" Schwarzer; and her siblings, Billy Bane "Hotshot" Smith and Bobbie Hardey. She is survived by: her children, Lavona Areno (Jerry) of Ragley, LA and Rod Schwarzer (Melanie) of Conroe, TX; and her grandchildren, Kari Kellogg (Brad), Rene Fontenot (Jamie), Alex Schwarzer (Jessica), Zach Schwarzer (Kayla) and Madeleine Kate "Katiebug" Schwarzer. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
