He is survived by: his wife Michelle Sam; his children, Milton Tucker (Sherrell) of Marietta, GA, Carolyn D Vaughn (Anthony) of New Orleans, LA, Evelyn D Hall (Damien) of New Orleans, LA, Tina D. Nelson Davis of Lake Charles, LA, Angel A Young (Irvin) and Kizzy Pearl Lewis of Crowley, LA; and his sisters, Jacgueline M. Lewis of Lake Charles, LA and Carolyn J. Lewis of California.
