He was predeceased by : his parents, Jeanne Houssiere Caraway and Garrett Caraway, Sr.; his wife Janet Fay Caraway (Juno); and his sisters, Jeanette Caraway Miller and JoVita Caraway Player.
He is survived by : his children, Julius Garrett Caraway III (LaDonna Ange Caraway) of Lacassine, Kelly Marlin Caraway (Denise Pettijohn Caraway) of Angel Fire, NM, Evette Renee'Caraway Ange (Sam Ange Jr.) of Westlake and Danee'Athe'Caraway of Westlake; his grandchildren, Rev. Trey Ange, Asa Ange (Dru Starkovich Ange), Hade Ange (Sarah Cannon Ange), Davin Ange (Kristen Bahnsen Ange), Quentin Ange, Kamon Ange (Catherine Delahoussaye Ange), Inez Elise Ange Carrier (Stephen Carrier), Jaina Ange Dalton (John Dalton), Julius Garrett Caraway IV (Erin Guillory Caraway), Barbara Caraway Harrison (Patrick Harrison), Katarina Caraway, Rev. Joseph Caraway, Audrey Caraway Pousson (Luke Pousson), Ariel Caraway, Ethan Caraway (Elizabeth Clausen), KC Caraway (Marcia Solomon Caraway) and Avery Caraway; and his siblings, Maurice Caraway (Kathleen Caraway), William Kent Caraway, Sr. (Betty Ann Caraway), Deneze Caraway Bellenghi (Bob Bellenghi) and Mary Ann Caraway Delahoussaye. He is also survived by 34 great grandchildren.
