She is survived by: her husband Clifford Irby of Westlake, LA; her son Kenneth Foulds; her stepchildren, Tonya Havens (Russell), Clifford "Ray" Irby II, Larry Irby (Denise), Thomas Irby (Pamela) and Jessica Irby Fontenot (Patrick); her grandchildren, Rusty, Dylan, Lani, Rebecca, Rachel, Gregory, Matthew, Elliot, Slade and Ayson; her great grandchildren, Kendall, Mavis and Noah; her sister Cherry Davenport Kelly; and her close friends, Andrew and Angie Glapion.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in honor of Judy to Shriner's Hospital for Children or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
