Melton Jr.; his wife Michelle of Iowa; his mother Susan Melton Fontenot (Maurice) of Westlake; his son Joshua Lee Melton, Jr. of Sulphur; and his siblings, John H. Melton III of Ragley, Richard Melton of Colorado and Chantel Thomason of Westlake. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
