He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Dawson Ashworth. He is survived by: his children, Clay Ashworth (Gwen) of Moss Bluff, LA, Joel Ashworth (Jana) of Carlyss, LA, Jimmy Ashworth (Karen) of Westlake, LA, Kim Austin of Moss Bluff, LA, Dorie Branch (Mike) of Lake Charles, LA and Mona Witherwax (Don) of Westlake, LA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
