She was predeceased by: her husband John Jude Fox; her parents, Aubrey Hathorn and Marguerite Hathorn; her brothers, William "Bill" and Van Hathorn; and her brother-in-law Joseph Forno.
She is survived by: her children, Cathleen Cloyd (David) of Westlake, Elizabeth Dilley (Mike) of Boise, Jahnie Lynn Vasquez (Rupert) of Shreveport, Matthew Frank Fox (Lorrie) of Piscataway, NJ, Joshua Fox of Westlake, Jessica Moseley (Ken) of Moss Bluff, Joseph Fox of Westlake and Jacqueline Fox of Westlake; and her sister Dee Ellen Forno of St. Croix.
