He was predeceased by: his father Gilbert Mathews Sarver; and his brother Doug Sarver (David Funk). He is survived by: his wife Amy Scalisi Sarver; his son Caleb Sarver; his mother Peggy Riquelmy; his siblings, Gilbert, Buford, Robert Sarver and Kim Sarver; and his godchildren, Casie Doucet, Alex Funk and Nichole Sullivan. He is also survived by his three stepchildren.
