It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Dugas (Westlake, Louisiana), born in Mamou, Louisiana, who passed away on July 5, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Dugas, Sr. and Beulah Manuel Dugas; and her brother Vernon Dugas. She is survived by: her son Craig Dugas of Houston, TX; her grandson Tyler Dugas of Lake Charles; her brother Francis Dugas, Jr.; her wife Jane of Oberlin; and also Vasquez of Houston, TX. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
