He was predeceased by: his son Dallas Lavell Webb, Jr.; his parents, Louis Edward Webb, Sr. and Zennie Mae Vinson; and his siblings, Douglas Roger Webb and Betty Sue Wyland.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Grisham Webb of Westlake; his sons, Brian Scott Webb, Sr. (Sarah) of Sulphur, Deland Kane Webb (Wendy), John David Webb (Tiffany) of Moss Bluff, Charles Edward Webb and Jeffrey Todd Webb of Westlake; his brother Louis Edward Webb, Jr. (Eileen) of San Jose, CA; and his grandchildren, Heather Aaron, Ashley, Miranda, Erica Webb, Brian Scott, Jr., Aaron O'Quinn, Blake Domingue, Landen, Delaney, Courtney, Mackensie, Abbigail, Greyson, Kailyn Webb, Taylor and Riley Webb. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
