She is survived by: her husband Terry Simpson of Westlake; her children, Justin Squibb (Melissa) of Sulphur, Lee Simpson (Makala) of Westlake and Carlee Simpson of Westlake; her mother Shirley Guthrie of Westlake; her siblings, Greg Guthrie of Westlake and Cathy Buller of Westlake; her grandsons, Samuel, Liam and Colson; and her pet Koda.
