He is survived by: his wife Dolores Del Rowell (Schexnaider) of Sulphur La; and his children, Kathy S. Richard of Lake Charles, Michael Rowell of Westlake La, Victor Rowell of Sulphur and Patrick Rowell of Dayton, OH..
