He is survived by: his wife Peggy Smith of Westlake; his children, Keena Cooper of Westlake and Cary Smith (Bethany); his grandchildren, Brooklyn of Westlake, Drew of Westlake, Amber Palir (Kent) of Nashville, Tennessee and Suzzane Smith of Jennings, LA.; and his siblings, Jim Smith of Vidor, William Wayne Smith of Pinehurst, Kenneth Smith (Tammy) of Tarkenton, George Smith of Dallas and Becky Hamilton (Ronald) of Ragley. He is also survived by two great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
