She was predeceased by: her son Phil Evans. She is survived by: her husband William D. Evans, Jr.; her sons, Keith Evans (Lisa), Ken Evans (Debbie) and Steve Evans (Donna); her daughter-in-law Teresa Evans; and her sisters, Leree Holtzclaw and Sue Dewey. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; thirty-nine great grandchildren.
