He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hammons and Beatrice Hammons; and his brother Johnny Hammons. He is survived by: his wife Annette S. Hammons of West Monroe, LA; his children, Winnette Hammons Bennett (Floyd) of West Monroe, LA, Winston Clark Hammons, Jr (Ange) of Strong, AR, Eric Hammons (Lisa) of Rocky Branch, LA, Mark Hammons of West Monroe, LA, Kelly Hammons Taylor (Lendel) of Downsville, LA, Mary Nolan (Mike) of Bee Bayou, LA and Lenette Cockerham (Mike) of Shreveport, LA; his siblings, Ronald Hammons of West Monroe, LA and Jennifer Gillmore (John) of Indiana; and his grandsons, Gabe Holt, Chase Hammons, Caleb Hammons, Casey Taylor, Winston Hammons and Carson Taylor. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
