William Floyd Bumgardner Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Floyd Bumgardner of West Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on September 11, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, P. J. Bumgardner and Nerine Bumgardner; his siblings, Rita B. Kelly, Curtis Bumgardner and Charles Bumgardner; and his son-in-law Terry Risher.

He is survived by: his wife Blondell G. Bumgardner; his daughters, Sheila Defreese (Randy) and Rhonda Risher; his grandchildren, Shane Defreese, Amanda Tornberg (Kevin), Keith Powell and Josh Risher; and his great grandchildren, Shane Defreese, Jr., Garrett Defreese, Kylie Powell, Triston Tornberg and Remington Risher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Ridge Ave. Baptist Church in West Monroe.
