He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Dawkins and Etta Dawkins. He is survived by: his wife Nora Lee Dawkins; and his children, Brenda Wilkes, Cleta White (Jerry) and Howell Dawkins. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
