She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Angie Hooker, Sr.; her husband Wayne Lenard; and her sister Angie Lynn White. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Tucker; her siblings, George Hooker, Jr. and Alisa Kay Simmons (Gary); and her grandchildren, Joseph Lenard, April Tucker (Kyle Davis), Heather Tucker (Daniel Autery), Jennifer Tucker (Matthew Delesdernier), Ashley Tucker, Matthew Tucker and Landon Tucker. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
