She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey May and Vertie May; her husbands, Edgar Cagle, James Mason and Loyd Basil Duffey, Sr.; her sons, William Roy Cagle and Donnie Cagle; her grandson Roger Keith Hammontree; and her sisters, Ruth Stone, Mildred Chapman and Rowena Roberson.
She is survived by: her children, Nick Cagle (Donna) and Shelia Hammontree (Sammie); her grandchildren, Darryl Cagle, Sam Hammontree, Jr. (Jayme), Timothy Cagle (Michelle), Dianna Fiveash (Alan), Micah Cagle (Jamie), Billy Duffey and Lori Anderson (Brandon Jones); her great grandchildren, Morgan Hammontree, Katelyn Boston, Hunter Hammontree, Mallory Cagle, Caden Fiveash, Peyton Cagle, Colten Fiveash, Gabriela LaBarca and Violet Cagle; and her daughter-in-law Leona Shaw.
