He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Bailey and Marie Bailey; his daughter Theresa Bailey; and his siblings, David Wayne Bailey, Johnny Richard Bailey and Freda Pearson.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy A. Bailey; his children, Mark D. Bailey and Tina Bailey Thompson; his sister Nelda Rutland; his granddaughters, Savannah Bailey Redmond (Brandon), Jaisle Bailey and Bailey Thompson; and his great grandchild Nathan Luke Redmond.
