We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2019, at the age of 83, Troy Dobbins Jr. (West Monroe, Louisiana), born in Dyess, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Dobbins and Dorothy Dobbins. He is survived by: his wife Fredonia; his son Steven Dobbins (Kimberly); his grandsons, Brandon Dobbins (Lauren), Trey Dobbins, Taylor Dobbins (Layne) and Kyle Dobbins; his great grandchild Cathrine Dobbins; and his sisters, Mary Sue Weatherwax, Shirley Landry and Alice Fontenot. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
