He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Jean Douglas Hendrix; his grandson Keith Hendrix; his parents, Chester Hendrix and Fannie Blakeney Hendrix; his siblings, Rex, Ralph, Ray, Bill and Barbara Nell Clauser; and his daughter-in-law Paula Hendrix.
He is survived by: his sons, Steven A. Hendrix (Beverly), Tommy G. Hendrix (Lanna) and Alan D. Hendrix (Beth); and his grandchildren, Jason Hendrix, Angel Freeland, David Hendrix, Treasure Ritchey, Tommy Lane Hendrix and Christie Rea. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
