He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth I. Carter, Ronnie Allen of West Monroe, Linda Wilhite of West Monroe, Lisa Fuller (Billy) of Pineville, Larry Wilhite (Charlene) of Atlanta, GA and Travis D. Carter of Fort Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Alisha M. Taylor (Adam) of Calhoun, Joshua D. Rogers of West Monroe, Kalene Bolen of Omaha, NE and Noah T. Carter of Fort Worth, TX; his great grandchildren, Jacob F. Taylor of Calhoun and Riley P. Rogers of West Monroe; and his sisters-in-law, Mildred G. Carter of Grayson, Aline G. Carter of Bastrop and Margie H. Carter of Downsville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in memory of Mr. Carter to "SOS Pets of Ouachita Parish".
