He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Malmay and Helen Reid Malmay; and his brothers, Dewayne Malmay and Terry Malmay. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Haley Malmay; his children, Tommy Malmay, Jr., Michael Malmay and Barbara Ree Malmay; his grandchildren, Madolyn Head, Nicole Malmay, Terry Malmay and Rebecca Doucett; and his sister Sherry Shelton. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
