He is survived by: his family, Cindy, Angel, Shelley and John; his wife Ruth Gist; his children, Cindy, Scott Foust, Shelley Hamilton, John and Sherra Gist; his grandchildren, Brittany, Sean Vines, Callie, James Matuschka, Robert Scott, Gracie Foust, Ryder Hamilton, Angel Grace Foust, Hattie Hamilton, Ivey Gist, Solina Hamilton, Halle Dru Gist, Mischa Gist and Ollie Gist; his great grandchild Drake Vines; and his siblings, Sandy Gist, Carnella Carroll, Bobby Boles and Janet Hendrix. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
