He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Werner. He is survived by: his wife Michele Werner; his children, Todd James Werner, Jr., Mattie Werner of Tulsa, OK, Rachel Miller and Ashtin Patrick (Bradley) of West Monroe; his grandchildren, Morrison Miller, Emory Miller and Carter Patrick; his father Ron Werner (Brenda); his mother-in-law Shirley Crow; and his siblings, Tab Werner (Angela) of Little Elm, TX and Lora Mullings of Houston, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews and friends.
